Jacqueline Deam brings over 15 years of experience representing children and families in education, dependency, and family court matters. Known for her steady presence and strong communication skills, she works effectively with families, professionals, and agencies in navigating complex and sensitive legal issues.

Ms. Deam earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. She also holds a Master of Education in Early Literacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Florida.

Her professional background includes serving as a children’s attorney, special education attorney, and family court facilitator, as well as operating a private practice focused on mediation, parenting coordination, and co-parenting support. This breadth of experience informs her practical and client-centered approach to resolving disputes and supporting families.
