Jon-Erik G. Storm has practiced law on the Central Coast for more than twenty years, focusing on labor and employment, corporate matters, and real estate. He has represented a broad spectrum of clients—from individuals and nonprofit organizations to Fortune 500 companies—in all phases of civil litigation and transactional work. His writing has been widely published, and he has been invited to speak on a range of legal topics, reflecting his depth of knowledge and thoughtful analysis.
Mr. Storm is known for his strategic approach and versatile skill set, qualities that have also shaped his leadership in the community. He was elected to the Board of Directors of the Los Osos Community Services District, serving from 2014 to 2018, and has held positions on the boards of local businesses and nonprofit organizations, advising them through periods of growth and transition. His professional and civic contributions earned him recognition as one of the San Luis Obispo Tribune’s “Top 20 Under 40” in 2014.
He is a certified NITA Advocate® and was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2017. In addition to his civilian practice, Mr. Storm served as a Judge Advocate in the California State Guard, where he held the rank of Major. He lives in Los Osos with his wife, Lara, and their two children.
