Lindsey S. Phillips brings more than a decade of legal experience to the firm, contributing to appellate matters as well as civil and criminal litigation across all offices. Known for her meticulous preparation and exceptional analytical insight, she approaches each case with a level of precision and intellectual rigor that consistently strengthens the firm’s advocacy.
Ms. Phillips began her legal career in Las Vegas, Nevada, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During law school, she served foster youth through her work with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, gaining valuable experience in advocacy for vulnerable populations.
Following her graduation, she served as a law clerk to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, where she developed a strong foundation in complex legal analysis and judicial decision-making. Her subsequent practice has included work in bankruptcy, employment, and family law, enhancing the breadth of her legal perspective.
Since joining Gillett Law, APC in 2016, Ms. Phillips has become an integral part of the firm’s litigation and appellate teams, bringing disciplined thought, careful research, and a thoughtful, strategic approach to each matter she undertakes.
